THE SCOOP

Working with Ayesha has been like watching a flower bloom. She's got a natural eye for design and the technical chops to back it up, consistently delivering at an impressive work ethic. Her enthusiasm and willingness to experiment are infectious—she’s the kind of intern who dives headfirst into projects, armed with creativity and a drive to learn.

Now, let’s call a spade a spade: Ayesha is on a journey to master the art of critical thinking and connect those conceptual dots more seamlessly. But hey, every great designer starts somewhere, and her openness to constructive feedback shows she's more than ready to level up her game.

In short, Ayesha is a highly capable, forward-thinking talent with a promising future in design. Her positive attitude, combined with a genuine commitment to improvement, makes her an asset to any team. I have no doubt she'll continue to evolve and eventually become one of the standout creative forces in the industry.

I had the pleasure of lecturing Ayesha Griffith during her third and final year, and would wholeheartedly recommend Ayesha Griffith for any design opportunity.

Ayesha Griffith is a kind and caring student, who during her time at Red and Yellow acted as the social glue of her major group. I fondly remember her encouraging her group to connect over a waffle lunch, when the group’s interactions were minimal before (needless to say a few months later, the group were close with Ayesha the social lead). Moreover, she actively supported one of her peers during a very difficult time of the peer’s life, encouraging the peer to keep going. She is a creative and free spirit that is always willing to support her peers. When stress hits, she overcomes it with great creativity, laughter, and interpersonal communication skills.

Her most exciting work manifested during her portfolio exhibition setup. With few resources, her exhibition space became a wonderful collaged extension of her work, further showing how her creativity blooms during stressful and time-pressured situations. There is a playful nature to her work, with a focus on collaging and illustrative digital work.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ayesha, and she is an incredible creative with a unique flair for storytelling and design. She has an exceptional ability to see a brand’s vision and bring it to life with visually compelling and meaningful work. Her contributions are always insightful, and she has a knack for offering fresh perspectives that enhance the brand story. Beyond her technical skills in graphic design, social media, content creation, and video editing, she thrives in collaborative environments and is a fantastic team player. She has worked with major brands like Sasko Sam and Spotify, and her talent truly shines in everything she does.

Ayesha is a digital designer who strives to be more than just that. She's eager to learn, always applies herself, and looks at any task as a chance to make the work and herself better. Given an opportunity, she runs with it.
